The 6 week cardio challenge. Each week, you will accumulate a certain distance or reps of a predetermined movement. The weeks will run from Monday to Sunday. The challenge work MUST be completed at JoCo. If you meet the weekly requirement, write your name on the whiteboard. Those that complete all 6 weeks, will be entered for a grand prize. We encourage everyone to participate, as all movements can be scaled and broken up anyway you please.
