Our Bootcamp Classes are 1 hour, instructor-led, group workouts. The class is designed to combine light-weight functional movements and cardiovascular methods to develop relative strength, body awareness, and conditioning.

A Typical Class
A class typically begins with a 5-10 minute group warm up led by the instructor. Next the coach will go through the workout on the board with the class, explaining and demonstrating different movements as well as the structure of the workout. Workouts may be done individually, or sometimes in teams of 2-3. The workout typically lasts for around 40 minutes, and includes strength and conditioning training methods such as: Squating, Pushups, Dumbell/Kettlebell exercises, Pushes and Pulls using Suspension straps, Sled pushes, Running, and more! The workout is followed by a 5-10 minute cooldown and then concluded.
Monday: 5:30am-6:30am, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Wednesday: 5:30am-6:30am, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Friday: 5:30am-6:30am, 5:30pm-6:30pm
