JoCo CF Competition Programming

Our Crossfit Competition Program is designed from a yearly periodized plan that focuses on the proper development of Strength and Conditioning in a way that optimizes our Athlete's performance in the sport of Crossfit. We use a collection of 4-8 Week cycles that focus on the training of specific energy systems, and build upon each other to develop elite Crossfit athletes. Our programming has resulted in several regional team and indvidual appearances, as well an individual Crossfit Games athlete. 

We utilize the TrainHeroic app with our team. Upon Purchase, you will receive full access to our program on TrainHeroicwhere you will be apart of our Team Leaderboard. Compare your workout times with our best athletes!

CF Foundation Program

Our Crossfit Foundation Program is a 4 week Cycle that is developed to create the Strength and Conditioning base that is needed to train at a high level in Crossfit. This cycle uses the powerlifts (squat, press, deadlift) as well as strict gymnastics movements to build a solid layer of strength at the core of our athletes. This cycle also focuses on developing the aerobic system so that we can maximize conditioning and recovery capabilities.

Max Effort Strength Program

Our Max Effort Strength Program is a 4 week cycle designed to build Maximum Force Production, as well as build on the foundations of movement and conditioning required to be a successful Crossfit athlete. This cycle is geared towards getting our bodies at an optimal Strength/Conditioning state so we can transition into our Power/Power Endurance cycle. A lot of heavy lifting!

Power/Triphasic Program

Our Power/Triphasic Program is a 6 week cycle designed to convert our ME Strength into explosive power. The Triphasic method utilizes Eccentric and Isometric tempos (Negatives and Holds) to force our body to adapt in a way so that we can move heavier loads at higher velocities. This program also utilizes Alactic and Lactic Capacity intervals, to improve our ability to perform explosive bouts of energy for longer periods of time. There is also a greater emphasis on the development of the Olympic lifts in this cycle, as the Snatch and Clean and Jerk result in the greatest power output.

  • 6 week cycle
  • Power/ Power Endurance Focus
