CF Foundation Program

Our Foundation Program is a 4 week Cycle that is developed to create the Strength and Conditioning base that is needed to train at a high level. This cycle uses the powerlifts (squat, press, deadlift) as well as strict gymnastics movements to build a solid layer of strength at the core of our athletes. This cycle also focuses on developing the aerobic system so that we can maximize conditioning and recovery capabilities.
