Jordan Swails, Bootcamp Coach
Jordan fell in love with CrossFit in 2013 after being a team sport athlete for much of her life. Passion for the sport has grown out of her love for the endlessly varied movements to improve upon, the ongoing challenge to strive for personal betterment, and the shared community within the gym. She has been having so much fun coaching the Evening Bootcamp class here at JoCo Fitness for the last year, and can usually be heard equating calories burned to desserts earned. For Jordan, JoCo truly is a family affair, and is a place she enjoys alongside both her husband, Jessey, and daughter, Josie. Her main objective in coaching is for everyone to have fun while getting fit, truly believing fitness really is better with friends.
